Snowboarding

Camp Fortune Ski Resort
February 20, 2010

Entering Quebec.
Me, Corey, Aaron , and Darren riding the ski lift together for the umtenth time.  I really liked that the lifts seated 4 people.

Corey, Aaron and Darren on the ski lift (Aaron looks rather scared, this was his first time back to the mountain since he was a sophmore in College.  He did a wonderful job, I was so proud!)
The beautiful view from the ski lift.

Aaron and I before we went down the Black Diamond.  It scared us both, but we made it down and decided to stick with easier trails.

We had a great time...

Beautiful things

This past week I was able to go home and visit two of my favorite people other than my family.  We had a wonderful visit and even some great videos of baby Hugh.

When I returned home this is what I found...

Jess gave me this Christmas Cactus a year ago and this is the first time I have seen it like this!!

New findings!

On Monday Aaron and I headed to Kingston, ON for the Minister and Mates Retreat.  We had a great time meeting new people and getting caught up with family.

While we were there we found a Gluten Free Bistro and Bakery called "Silly Yak".
The business started by a father wanting to be able to go out to dinenr with his family and not just order a salad.  You see his son and daughter were both diagnoised with celiac disease.   They make Breads, pizza dough, and baked goods.

We bought some Honey Brown Rice Bread and some Pizza dough crusts.  I'll rate them and let you know.
(not that many people read this blog, but I'll still update)
